Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks made payable to JV Sparkling.

We understand that sometimes schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 JV Sparkling is fully insured and bonded. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of personal items left in the cleaning area. Please secure any valuable items and inform us of any fragile or delicate items that require special attention.

We are committed to delivering top-quality cleaning services that exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning session. We will return to your space and address any issues at no additional cost to you.
